Our work & strategic Vision

RCDAs future strategic plan and direction aims to focus more on the Capacity Building amongst its affiliated members and the community in general in understanding of the Constitution, Devolved Governments, and their participation in decision making in prioritizing development activities in their counties which will also include social auditing. Other areas of focus will be a reflection on the constitutional gains in relations to county needs, and what has been achieved.
Others will include talking stock of individual county gains under the good government and priority community needs in the counties. We believe in building capacity of communities to identify and solve their problems by addressing disease, dishonesty, ignorance, apathy and dependency.
